I am a Certified Havening Techniques® Practitioner, professional coach, communication trainer, and Professor (of economics) at the University of Warsaw.
I am also the mother of an adult son with autism. For many years, I have experienced the emotional demands, uncertainty, responsibility, and everyday challenges that can accompany parenting and caring for a person with additional needs. This journey has shaped me deeply, both personally and professionally.
I know from my own experience that understanding a difficult situation is not always enough to reduce the stress, anxiety, or emotional burden connected with it. Even when we know what we should do, our nervous system may continue to respond with tension, fear, helplessness, or exhaustion. This is why access to practical and effective tools for emotional regulation has been so important in my own life.
My son’s autism was one of the reasons I began searching for methods that could help me regain calm, resilience, and a stronger sense of inner stability. This search eventually led me to Havening Techniques® — a gentle, neuroscience-informed approach designed to help reduce the emotional impact of stressful and distressing experiences.
Havening became a natural continuation of many years of personal development, professional training, and work on my own emotional patterns. I am a Certified ICL Coach, a Certified Trainer in Transforming Communication® and Resolve Coaching™, and a certified NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner.
One area that is especially close to my heart is supporting parents and family members of children and adults with disabilities.
As the mother of an autistic son, I know how easy it is for caregiving to become the centre of one's life. Many parents devote enormous energy to supporting their children while gradually putting aside their own aspirations, careers, relationships, health, and personal wellbeing.
My goal is to help parents not only reduce stress and emotional overload, but also reconnect with themselves, regain confidence, and create space for a fulfilling personal and professional life alongside their caregiving responsibilities. I believe that supporting a child does not have to mean giving up one's own growth, dreams, or sense of purpose. When parents feel calmer, more resilient, and emotionally balanced, they are better able to support the people they love while also living a life that feels meaningful and authentic.
In my work, I offer a calm, respectful, and non-judgmental space in which clients can attend not only to the needs of others, but also to their own emotional wellbeing. The aim is not to deny or minimise the realities of caregiving, but to help reduce the emotional burden connected with them and strengthen the internal resources needed to face everyday life.
I may support clients who would like to work with:
I also work with professionals, academics, leaders, and entrepreneurs facing high levels of responsibility, uncertainty, and change. In my academic and advisory work, I support organisations undergoing digital transformation and adapting to artificial intelligence. This experience has reinforced my conviction that successful change depends not only on technology or knowledge, but also on people’s ability to manage uncertainty, regulate emotions, communicate effectively, and maintain a sense of agency.
At the University of Warsaw, I teach courses in coaching, communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution. My academic background has shaped my commitment to intellectual integrity, ethical practice, and approaches grounded in evidence and continuous learning.
My sessions are individually tailored. I combine Havening Techniques® with coaching, Transforming Communication®, Resolve Coaching™, and selected NLP approaches, depending on the client’s needs and goals. Clients do not need to disclose more than they feel comfortable sharing, and the work always proceeds at their own pace.
I work with clients in Warsaw and online, in Polish and English.
